Specifically, Hezbollah -- a proxy of Iran and a terrorist organization according to the US -- has tentacles from Iran to Lebanon to West Africa to South America's TBA. That much has been long established. The progression of the narrative covered earlier in 2011 brings the tentacles up through Isla de Margarita off the coast of Venezuela, to Central America, and into the US via organized crime.
